This year will be over in the next twenty four hours and it so seems like yesterday that we welcomed it. Time does wait for no one, it continues to count whether you're making the best use of it or not.
I had so many plans for this year and envisioned my dreams panning out into reality in a certain way but as the good book says 'Man proposes and God disposes'. Everything really truly is in God's hands.
We can only pray, hope, work hard and strive at what we believe is the best for our lives and watch to see how it plays out.
Some people have had things fall in place for them in record time and life just seems so easy and you wonder why your life seems 'a mess'.
2015 didn't turn out the way I wanted it to in a lot of ways but I am sure that it turned out just the way God wanted it to.
I encountered people and things I never even dreamed possible yet I desired something so small and not far fetched but I didn't get.
Many of my friends got married, had kids, bought cars, built houses, relocated, got their dream jobs, passed exams and many dreams coming true for them for which I am grateful to God and I do celebrate them for.
2016 ; I am not gonna struggle through or manage to get by or live everyday as it comes....I am going to live and truly live, possess and overcome and end the year triumphantly and those dreams I thought were so far fetched will start to chase me and I would look back and say : truly, 'He is a miracle worker'.....
